Have Gen 1 HPWC since 2014,will no longer charge. Green Light on HPWC stays solid green, when plugged into S85 the ring flashes green and than changes to solid red. UMC does work and have since wired a nema 14-50, but would like to get the HPWC working again. Called Tesla and they will not send out a mobile tech to test it. I have tested the fuses and they are not blown. Can someone explain how to test the charging head at the end of the cord? Cord is not damaged nor is the head.
