Needed some advice from the forum please.
2017 X eMMC looks like it has failed.
Car is in my garage - touchscreen doesn't turn on, and car doesn't go into gear. Only the dash screen turns on. Nose in.
I have a service appointment Wednesday June 29, but this has been delayed by a week every week since May 26 via the app.
Need to get it to the service center but not even sure how it can be towed or who to call? Things I saw online - under the wheel dollies; ? manually getting the car into neutral by releasing the e-brake.
Would Roadside help with this or should I call a private tow company?
Has anyone encountered a similar situation? I saw the thread of a car trapped in a garage x 3 days with a similar situation and it looked very challenging. Advice would be appreicated and thanks.
