I am looking at used Model 3s, how do I verify which AP package it has? Is it listed on a specific page or do I need to go through menus and check which functions the car has? If I have to check each function, then which ones should I check?

If you bought it used from Tesla, the features should be listed on the web page.
If you bought it from someone else, you can ask for the Monroney Sticker or a receipt that lists which features were bought.
If you don't have the sticker nor receipt, you can go to the car's screen and click to see which features you can turn on and off.
If a car has Enhanced Autopilot, from the car's screen, there is no way to tell whether the Full Self Driving was bought or not because the Full Self Driving is not activated just yet.
From the car you would look for Summon or Navigate on Auto Pilot settings if the car had Enhanced AP or FSD. Today there isn’t a feature difference so you won’t be able to tell. It won’t have those if it’s it’s only got AP.
