How to view event in Sentry Mode that occurred at 2 am

I can view video on USB, but the files start at about 9am. Our home security camera shows an individual walking up near our model 3 at about 2 am.

I installed Tesla Cam/Sentry Reviewer on my android phone. What I am confused about is files stop at about 4:30 pm and don't seem to show again until 9 am the next morning.

Could that be because the car has been set up to NOT enter Sentry Mode when it's at home? Check the Safety & Security menu. There should be an Exclude Home setting that you can toggle. If you enable it to record when the car is at home, you'll also see that you'll lose some range (i.e., mileage) overnight as it drains the battery about 1 mile per each hour it's enabled.

Sentry files are in the sentry folder.

If you don't have any then there aren't any.

So either Sentry wasn't on at all, or it was and whoever it was didn't do anything to cause Sentry to go to alert mode.

sentry mode saves files with the mode gets triggered by someone walking into view. So it will only have videos for those times. (other then videos in a recent folder).

Did you see the headlights flash in the security camera footage? If not, sentry mode wasn't triggered or off.

Thanks. I'll need to double-check that sentry mode was on. I definitely need it on as the car is parked in the driveway. Hope that is the problem.
