HPWC Light Went Out

The manual has trouble shooting tips for every combination of lights except for no light.
Charger is working fine, but the green light is gone.
Tried resetting - turning power off and on (something that Bill Gates has taught all of us to do)

Has anyone had this happen?
I'll call Tesla tomorrow.
Other than I won't be able to trouble shoot if something really goes wrong, it's not an issue.

Did you take the front facade off? Is the plug for the led disconnected?

Same thing here. Got the HPWC with the car bought used, privately.

everything works except the front panel lights.

Ranger came by today.
The LED bar came unplugged.
Not sure how that happened. He said inserting the charger into its dock shouldn't do it.,there haven't been any earthquakes in Florida. ....
At least it was an easy fix

Mine seems to work intermittently.
