Human Noise at 56mph

Hi!
There is a kind of humming noise in the rear engine at a speed of 56mph while an accelerator is engaged only. When the one is disengaged, the humming noise disappears.
Tested by officials in different places:
1. In the first place technicians tested a rear drive unit. The result: the one is ok
2. In the second place technicians tested by changing different tires. The result: the noise from the fitted tires.
It is advisable to listen attached audio record in headphones. The humming noise is clearly audible in headphones in the right channel, since the audio record is in stereo mode: for example, at 0:17th seconds I release the accelerator and there is a whistle from the rear drive unit, which is normal, but then I press the accelerator and the distinct humming noise appears starting from 22d seconds.

Has anyone come across such problem? Could it be the humming noise comes from the rear drive unit bearing?
