HVAC running for 2 hours alert

Every morning at work since the last application update I get an alert from the phone application that my HVAC was shut off because it has been running for two hours. The odd part is I know it has not been running. Yesterday I actually shut off the HVAC before exiting my car and still got the alert. Today I also shut it off and made note of the battery percentage. I just got the alert again. Outside temp is 52 inside temp is 57 and the battery percentage is down 1%. I do have a schedule but it is set for 5AM. Not sure what to do... This also only happens when I arrive to work. Never at home or anywhere else I drive.

I would do a two button reboot/reset, and then see if it keeps happening.

I have a similar experience. I have scheduled departure set and get a notification when the car has reached temp and then 2 hours later it says it has been running for 2 hours and will turn off even though it has been parked for an hour.

I did the two button reboot last night and this morning it did not give me the warning. Thanks for the advice.

Tried the two button reboot and problem persists. Someone in another thread mentioned that they opened a service ticket and Tesla acknowledged that it's a known software bug that will be addressed in a future OTA update.

Happened to me yesterday as well. Good to know it is already on the list.
