HW1 Model S Browser Fail

I have a nearly 4 year old Model S, so its still under warranty. Ive owned it for about a 6 months. The internet browser has never worked properly for me. The SC seems incapable of fixing the issues. Im on 2019 firmware.

Am I being unreasonable, expecting this issue to be resolved by Tesla?

It won't work like a normal browser on your computer. It's capabilities are limited and it's very slow. If you can load Google OK it is probably working.

Try deleting the browser history and reset the trip odometers. This can speed things up.

This Known (current) bug. Obscuring the map e.g. with Notepad can also help. Might be a side effect that even the little bit of the map sticking out at the top (which wasn't there before V9) is partly responsible.
