HW3.0 upgrade eligibility

What determines whether the HW3.0 upgrade from HW2.0 is available for those who have purchased FSD (March 2019 in my case)? The local SC tell me that my S75D (VIN 203XXX) is not yet on the list for the upgrade in UK. However, Teslafi shows other S75D cars in Europe and specifically in UK with HW3.0 that have lower VINs (e.g. 168XXX) If not on the list, is there any way I can get it pushed up the list?

Check this page for eligibility: Full Self-Driving Computer Installations. It seems like they are going to be increasing availability shortly for UK customers. According to the page I linked, eligibility right now depends of which AP computer you have. If you are eligible, definitely schedule an appointment, I would not wait on them to contact you.
