One hybrid occupies two charging spaces (presumably for the night although its little battery would fill in about an hour). Felt a bit bad mounting the kerb and grass but needs must. Reception can't identify the owner. First time I've been ICE'd (well, semi-ICE'd). I figure it's within etiquette to park very badly if needs be to plug in?
To be fair, four tight spaces and no lines doesn't help.
