Will the Tesla (Now 2021) have a Hydraulic lifting feature to allow it to negotiate steep driveways ?

I don't know why it wouldn't. This is a feature of the Smart Air Suspension that's been available as an option on the Model S going all the way back to 2012. In fact, I think that as of a few years ago (2017) the air suspension became standard and was the only option for Model S eliminating coil suspension entirely. It now uses a better version of that SaS in the newer cars about the same time they made it standard. I see zero reason that their high-end sports car that costs 2x more won't be available ONLY in the SaS which would include height adjustability.
