I accidently filled my tire with the Tesla repair kit sealant, should I be worried?

I'm not familiar with that but if I did that, I'd take the car and have the tire dismounted, cleaned, and remounted along with cleaning out the valve stem. Curious how you do that "accidentally"?

My understanding is that it's not necessary to do anything. The tire pressure sensor will continue to work. There is a possibility the tire is out of balance from the goo - did you drive the car after using it (before it cured)? Curious to hear other people's opinion.

I'd take it to a tire shop and make sure you let them know there's goo in there, 'cause otherwise the next person to unmount that tire is gonna get a face full of goo.

It was dark and I wanted to fill my tire with air, and it was my first time using it and I didn’t know there is sealant there, I feel like a dumbass

I don't know the Tesla kit, but I've seen others, where you have to turn a valve between either air or foam. Presumably, it's like that. I'm sure you're not the first.

I had to look up the tire repair kit. Surprised it actually looks like it's easy to make that mistake.
