New member here and Ist time posting -------I am on the older side and not tech savvy at all. Use the computer for rare emails (entire family now does texting 99.9% of the time on the phones) and for the Tesla sites like this one. For what its worth, I find this site to be be very professional and helpful. Anyway........even I was able to use the Tesla app and arrange for the ranger/technician to come to our house and fix a minor problem. Just great service. No need to drive to a SC; and then either wait for the car, or drop it off and arrange for a ride home and then back again to pick it up. It can't get any easier. Excellent job Tesla.
