Yesterday my cat climbed into the wheel well of my tesla. I had no idea there was a space there for her to hide in. After driving the car a few yards out of my house, this must have startled her and she must have made contact with the wheel or axel that ended up hitting her head and eventually killing her (per the animal hospital). Least to say I am heart broken. I think the quiet sound of the tesla wasn’t enough to startle her as I was pulling out the driveway. Perhaps a regular car ending would have had her bolt the moment the ignition was turned on. I feel these problems will start happening more and more and I hope there is a way to cover the gap to prevent such things from happening again.
