I noticed a chip in paint on my door

When I took delivery last September, Tesla replaced the rear passenger side handle due to a scratch running through it. During the process, they broke the door strip and I had to wait a week for them to replace that. I never noticed this chip until now as I never spend time there. Now they’re giving me grief saying it is not a warranty repair. Pi$$e$ me off.

I think I’ll drive over to the store a get a consult. Thoughts anyone? It’s not a big thing a know - first world problems.
