well, the lawnmower wasn't working and I thought 5 year old gas(or more) may be bad. 2 gallons? isn't that about how much power a full charge holds? My lawnmower still sucks. Maybe I should get an electric. The gas station apparently is a full service style but the younger attendant knew what the car was and didn't flinch when I had a gas can in the front. Awesome! I'm not sure if he has seen one, he said ' you don't see much of these around here' great line for a young kid
Man I specifically borrowed my wife's car to pick up my 2.5 gallons that should last most of the summer. I used to strap it to the roof of my GTI's roof rack.
I believe the EPA equation is 1 gallon of gasoline = 33.7kWh. So, that's pretty close, the 85 has the energy equivalent of just a hair over 2.5 gallons of gas. As for electric lawn mowers, I've got cordless one (WORX brand) and it's so much nicer than a gasser (just like an electric car).
I put 10 gallons in a couple months ago for my sister's generator. It felt REALLY weird pulling my Model S up to the pump  I was also freaking out that my car would smell like gas!
No pictures, but a couple weeks ago I was having some friends over for a backyard BBQ and realized that I needed to refill the propane. I still had to go to the local dead dinosaur depot to get the refill, but at least my Model S didn't smell like gas
Well here's a reversal of what you did. We tried to Supercharge our ML350! We did a road trip from SD to Stanford last weekend. We stopped at Harris Ranch, Tejon and Gilroy, and pretended to be Tesla owners
