I really like Hansshow Ultra Mini Screen Display

Hansshow added option to select 12H or 24H clock formats but it's a little buggy because it keeps reverting back to 24H clock format next time I drive my car or the Mini Display is powered up. Once that's resolved, it will be finished.

it went dark last night after one month of installation.

Try soft and hard reset - doesn’t work at all

I assume the screen itself is broken.

Too bad!

Anyone has the same issue?

I'm sorry to hear this but IIRC there is a fuse in one of the connectors of Hansshow cable harness at the Tesla computer end. Check that fuse.

Have you tried contacting Hansshow via WhatsApp?

Yes.

If the fuse was the problem and if you're handy with your hands, I suggest to build an extension cable between the connector and fuse so you can get better access to the fuse the next time fuse blows.

The Fuse looks good to me for both AMD and Intel.

To make sure the fuse is good, measure the fuse with a multimeter and if it's open circuit (infinite ohms), then fuse is blown. Short circuit or 0 ohms means fuse is good.

I can send you the files and video instructions as soon as the minor 12H/24H clock format bug is fixed. Hopefully tonight.

Since it's Saturday right now in China, I'm probably not going to get latest and greatest firmware updates for Hansshow Mini Screen Display until Monday (China date/time).

If you want me to include latest firmware updates with headlights status indicators fixes but still has minor 12H/24H clock bug, I can include necessary firmware files and a simple video instructions right now, let me know. So far it's been working well and stable but I will not be responsible for any damage to your Hansshow Mini Screen Display but that's unlikely to happen.

Here's is what the new setup screen looks like. Notice "CAN" option set to "2" dedicated to this firmware upgrade. Also notice 12H/24H clock format setting:

This is a long shot, disconnect and reconnect all connectors including at the display and at Tesla computer.

Yes that was all I did

Try this. Power off your car via Safety->Power Off on Tesla main screen. Wait at least 2 minutes. Press the brake pedal to restore power and see if the Mini Screen comes back alive again. It's not quite the same as rebooting Tesla computer.
