I figured it out. Here are the bolts and Part numbers for future referenceā¦
(2) M10 1.5x35 Part number 1044009-00-A
(2) M8 1.25x35 Part Number 1044030-00-B
(2) M10 1.5x35 Part number 1044009-00-A

I did this years ago when I installed my MPP coilovers.
When removing the old suspension, the top of the bolt snapped off. It seems that the bolt was cross threaded at the factory.
Anyhow I was able to find the same grade bolt with the proper thread at the local True Value hardware store.
I had to reverse drill the old bolt out. Then I had to retap the threads. Then the new bolt easily installed back in.

Tesla actually sold me the bolt at the service center for $.58. I was shocked, I didnāt think theyād give it to me.
This was back in 2018 when I was installing one of the first MPP coilovers. And parts like this werenāt available though tesla back then.
Do you still have the noise? If nothing has changed on your car recently it is more likely to be a worn suspension component like an end link or balljoint.
