I thought Tesla was a fix-it-yourself type of company? What gives?

If you are talking about the trim around the latch points for the third row seats, they are held in place with common “garnish clips”. Pulls out, pops in. Replace any damaged or missing clips. You can find more info in the Service Bulletin for the third row seat install. See Fig 60.

If that’s not what you’re asking about, I dunno…

Service manual can be found online from various marketplaces, streaming sites…

Tesla is very much the opposite of a fix it yourself company which is why there isn't many options to service a tesla outside of a handful of shops and their own service center. They prefer to keep it that way which is why the "right to repair" act was so important to people. Also lots of companies like Toyota/Lexus have a service based subscription to access repair info/wiring diagrams etc.

Top two hits for “Tesla service manual”. No relation. No endorsement. Probably will make your computer hate you.
