Shoeless driving is one-dimensional use of biodefense mode.

Biodefense mode is loud for a reason. I let it rip in the car all the time. Biodefense drowns out noise AND filters out the deadly smell (2-dimensions). Elon ingeniously went one step further with the fart mode, just in case the noise isn't loud enough.
