Reminds me of an old joke...
What's the difference between a car salesman and a computer salesman? The car salesman knows when he's lying.
That joke doesn't hold up for EV's now. Maybe because an EV is a merge of computer and a car...
I feel somewhat bad nitpicking a joke quote ...

Lying involves conscious deception. Telling something other than the truth covers a much larger range.
I enjoyed the next post where the author was trying to decide between a 100% electric, hybrid or "the Chevy Volt which is kind of a combo"
