    I second that thought. Then explain why do EVs or PEHVs need to have extra sounds being emitted from the car?
    I know saftey is paramount but why not add extra low speed sounds to all cars instead of EVs or PHEVs?

    You said it. One minimum sound rule for all cars. Lets see how Infiniti, Luxus, Rolls Royce etc. like that!

    Are those electric Fiat 500 and Panda, I see in this movie?
    Can't wait to see them come over to the US... I guess Chrysler has hinted at the 500 to eventually be available as an EV in the US, but no word on the Panda yet.
