Yup. Auto OEMs have been using lightweight aluminium suspension arms on their vehicles for decades. I'm almost certain all Teslas have aluminium arms. Fasteners are always SS.
Loctite or antiseize. You generally only need heat when they're stuck together.
Nope, will not be a problem, you are likely using all kinds of SS fasteners on your aluminum hull boat now with no issue.
