Yup. Auto OEMs have been using lightweight aluminium suspension arms on their vehicles for decades. I'm almost certain all Teslas have aluminium arms. Fasteners are always SS.

Nope, will not be a problem, you are likely using all kinds of SS fasteners on your aluminum hull boat now with no issue.

Loctite or antiseize. You generally only need heat when they're stuck together.

You might need to add a sealant between them.

Agree with the people on the first page. Posing any concerns about metal on metal corrosion is kind of weak considering your concern is predicated on they havent thought that through.

As far as i am aware, aluminum casting is the cabin/bed, stainless steel is the frame around it.
