If the model 3 standard delivery is delayed till June, do I still get the tax credit?

No. An order is not a purchase. Go to the IRS site, all the details are there and when it is executed.
Delivery constitutes a purchase. Taking possession of the car and putting it in service. If I remember correctly on the tax form it asks when the vehicle was placed "into service"
Right. You need the VIN and date (usually registration date, which is usually same day they delivered it to you).
If it’s in June, you still get $3750 when you fill out the form next April (doing it in TurboTax or equivalent is much simpler, make, model, VIN, battery size).
See the form’s instructions above, the only change is the modification in max rebate from Jan-Jun 2019 for Tesla.

Elon promised to credit the difference for the $7500 rebate if the car was not delivered at the end of December.
Was that for the SR exactly? Might want to start the ball rolling getting a (written, current) confirmation on that because if it slips at all more it will be the whole $7500.
I did remember something about that but forgot which model and what the details were.
Pretty sure that was referring to end of DEC 2018 for those that ordered and may have missed it. That does not apply to this posters question.
