Was waiting on vin#; heard about the programs for potential free upgrades for in stock vehicles as a swap. Ordered the full m3p initially... Local store just got the m3p with 19's no caliper, no wing, in stock last night, so they got me delivered today, and since it was not technically an upgrade, they tossed in the 2 years free supercharging.

So if you're waiting, make sure to drop by and see your people. I ended up taking delivery same day just by dropping in.

That’s interesting ... I thought the “non-PUP” Performance models weren’t being made anymore? We had heard the “when they’re gone, they’re gone” line before ... so if it just came in last night, maybe it’s not so limited.

People here have generally been posting the first 3 digits of the last 6 numbers. Mine is 433xxx. I have a msm/m3p- with 18s and build date of 7/19. If yours is around 500xxx, I’d be surprised if it’s 7/19...thus a newer build.

I’m not 100% certain but it suggests to me that you have a newer build than 7/19. There were rumors that Tesla stopped producing these model 3 performance without PUP after the 7/19 batch.

But I don’t really know. @shiftkenny can probably provide more info.

Yeah so basically it seems like tesla is just making this under the table. I don't see anything wrong with the motor I think tesla is telling us that just for a sales pitch.. people are getting 9/19 builds stealth.. motor number tbd though. But my assumption is it's just a software push...

Yeah there is a video. It’s both forward, up to 19mph, and reverse. The forward sound sounds like a jet engine the reverse sound is some high pitch jetsons sound.
