Tesla should have solved this problem with one color option

Just do what the rest of the nerds do around here - wrap the thing in the color of the month and change it when the wind blows in a different direction.
Autoflex express is much less expensive and looks better imoWhat are we talking about? $8K to wrap a Model 3? Dude, if I had that kind of money, I'd be on the Model S forum.
I wonder how much of that is visibility, and how much of that is due to the personality/driving style of people who buy white cars. A lot of white vehicles are commercial, perhaps that plays into it as well.White cars get in 12% fewer accidents. Free color and 12% less chance of bodily injury or death. Gee, tough decision.
For me it was elimination...Days without my Tesla are ticking away like sand through an hour class because I can't decide on an exterior color. I just can't. I've looked at all of them, and I like most of the colors for different reasons, but I JUST CAN'T DECIDE.
I know I'm getting the white interior, but the exterior color has me stumped. I love the white, but my truck is white, my girlfriends car is white, my parents SUV that I drive in the winter while they snowbird in Florida is white. I want something different, but living in Seattle gives me pause about darker colors. Love black, but it's black. Tough to maintain. Love blue and red, but when they get dirty, the overall look of the car really gets muted. I typically love silvers and grays, but the MSM just hasn't excited me.
Dammit!
White/White?
Red/White?
Black/White?
Blue/White?
For me it was elimination...
White gets dirty too fast
Black looks too like a funeral
Red is too "look at me I'm trying to be a Ferrari"
Guess what is left?
lol .. well I ended up with the midnight blue thing (which is basically gray with a bit of blue). Dull, but it hides the dirt!So you went with, I know it looks like a blue Ford Escort, but.....
Kidding...color doesn't matter to a lot a people, but it does to me. I want a color that screams, DAMN, that looks amazing. I haven't gotten there with any of the colors yet except the white interior.
It is a nice looking white, and I'll probably get it. I'm just coming off a string of white cars, my truck is white; I kind of wanted to rev things up.Tesla Pearl White is a great looking white. Others cost more money.
Suggestion: Propose to your girlfriend, then you'll have enough challenges that the color won't matter.Days without my Tesla are ticking away like sand through an hour class because I can't decide on an exterior color. That being said, I ordered white/white. I like red as well, but not worth the extra $2600 (Canadian). I didn’t want another black car after 10 years with one, and both the blue and MSM are too dark for my liking. I would have loved a lighter blue, or a copper/orange colour, but this is Tesla, so white it is.
3.5K in my experience, YMMV.What are we talking about? $8K to wrap a Model 3? Dude, if I had that kind of money, I'd be on the Model S forum.
