Strange, someone else posted they got Mud flaps earlier in the thread. I also confirmed with my SA that Chicago region gets front mud flaps, but no ppf

Same. My SA said all of them suppose to get it. Mine did not. Picked it up sat from grand. They told me to put a service ticket

The 1st MY I picked up at the end of August had the PPF installed @ bottom corner of each rear door. No mud flaps. MC RED.
I am supposed to pick up the 2nd MY in Jan/Feb. Very curious what will have changed by then.

Curious when you got your MY and what SC? In Highland Park, they say they are only doing Mud Flaps and not PPF, heard someone from one of the City locations say he got the same. Also, did you get mud flaps also?

I got PPF pre-installed only, pick-up was at Westmont end of May. Might just be what they have on hand right now, since the PPF is out of stock in their online shop.

I picked up my 7 seater blue 1st week in Dec at grand location. Flawless besides micro scratches due to them washing car. Released hold in July. Long long wait. Ceramic coated, mud flaps, and rimetrix covers. Will tint in spring.

Ordered: 10/23

Original EDD was May 2022 and then it bounced around February/March. On December 20th I noticed a VIN was assigned and got a call to schedule delivery.

Picked up the car on December 24th from Westmont location. Car came with mud flaps and PPF installed on corner of back doors. I could not find any flaws with the car.

EDD:

• Feb 6 - Mar 6
• June 2022
• Feb 13 - Mar 13
• June 2022
• Dec 22 - Dec 24 (updated on 12/20 when VIN assigned)

VIN Assigned: 12/20

Delivery: 12/24

Overall experience was good, but the sudden EDD change right before the holidays is a bit rough. No issues with the car that I can find so far. Came with mud flaps and PPF installed.

I have same build. Welcome to the wait. Don’t get too hung up on the EDD, it will drive you crazy. Too be safe, I would contact your SA to ensure your profile is complete. If you have not selected payment method, select cash now. You can change to finance later. Finance offers are only good for 60 days and have to be refreshed to keep profile in good standing, and a credit inquiry each time.

If you don’t have an SA, just contact you local Tesla store. Always good to validate nothing is missing. I had a 2 month delay because my profile was not complete. Was not reading this forum at the time. SA got me all squared away

Join this group, to get your car quicker. they post inventory and demo cars and you can grab them. Awesome admins that post all available 3/Ys sometimes S but you need to be quick to buy, most last couple minutes. Once you reserved it, contact your SA if you can transfer your $250 to new car.
