Immersive Sound is back!

My Model 3 just updated tonight. My immersive sound is back! Going to play Where the Streets Have No Name on the way to work tomorrow plus some club tracks ( Will I? Ian Van Dahl) to test it out!

It was gone I think for the past 2 updates IIR, glad to have it back. Didn’t pay for the premium audio package to not have all of the speakers working...

I guess mine disappeared again. Is this the setting you see when you click the equalizer icon? OR is there another way to reach the tone settings???

All speakers should be working regardless of immersion setting.

Version 9 beta that I’m on is missing that. But it still sounds the same. Maybe cause it took the setting previously set.

I played the sound system on various stations and switched from immersive and back and could not tell the difference, with it off you might get a little bass but that’s it.

You can tell the difference on live, acoustic tracks. Nirvana Unplugged makes you sound like you're in the room.

You won't be able to hear it on stations like the streaming garbage built in or over the radio. Try streaming a high quality source over BT (like Spotify set to "extreme" quality) or some lossless files off USB.
