I know you can't import a Model S into Canada but can you import a Canadian car back into the states?

Do you know what's involved? Is it all through customs or do I need to get Tesla involved?

Does Tesla honor the warrantee? If so us it easy to transfer it to the US?

You may want to get a broker involved who is familiar with car exporting.
Letters had to be supplied by Tesla to say it had never been sold in the US, warranty is definitely transferable.
I will be doing it again shortly when I get my X

Maybe a stupid question, but if you import a used S from Canada to US, can you claim the $7,500 Federal Tax Credit?
