Improved Energy Consumption After 2018.10.4?

I might be imagining things but my car seems to be consuming energy more efficiently after the 2018.10.4 update? My lifetime consumption was 309 W/mi and has been steadily dropping. Last weekend, I drove about 150 miles at 70 mph, 2 adults, 2 kids, with the heater on in 60 degree weather. At the end of the round trip, I ended up with 270 W/mi for the trip. I've never been able to do this on such a long stretch before. Anyone else notice a difference?

I live in the Bay Area. It could be the weather but I don’t remember getting similar consumption during the fall months.
