Incomprehensible crashes into the side of other vehicles. When will NHTSA Investigate?!!

Somehow these reports always get suppressed. Maybe they make local news before they're hushed up by the fanboys. It's high time NHTSA did a systematic investigation.

This car smashes right into the side of another vehicle despite an alarm and warning lights. Supposedly the car's safety systems "failed". Sounds fishy to me.

This car -- the new larger, deluxe model! -- crashes into the side of another vehicle at extremely high speed. One of the passengers loses an arm. It's outrageous. Would you transport your family in a car like this?

Here we have a car that put its driver as well as those of two other vehicles at risk. It should probably be taken off the market. In this situation you should never have to fear that your car will cause a crash like this one, involving multiple vehicles.

This one failed to avoid 5 bicyclists and splattered them all over the road. Evidently its control systems failed, as it was "driving erratically". The driver had to jump out of the vehicle to save his own skin. How can they let vehicles like this stay on the market?!!

This one "swerved into oncoming traffic".
It also failed to protect its driver on impact. Can you believe that? Please! It'll be a human behind the wheel for me from now on and a car built with safety in mind, too!

And this murderous car might just take the cake.
It single-handedly took out an entire public safety department of a small city. It is hard to imagine how many could have died in the ensuing fire.

the fact remains that the operator of the vehicle has the responsibility for the safe operation of said vehicle. too many people are "rushing" technology, being depend on technology that isn't capable to control the vehicle that some people think or wish the technology can do.
bottom line is that people need to be aware and to be safe while driving regardless of the current advances in assistance technologies.
