Indiana REMC is offering free juice box chargers if you agree to have it on your WiFi and share charging data with the utility. They are doing a demand study and may be moving to peak and off peak rate schedules for residential customers. Currently all the same rate. Got mine yesterday after filling out paperwork in early Feb. They said I was their first one and they had several others deliver.
