Induction Curb Rash Touch-up?

Anyone have any success with any black touch-up paint.

Asking, for, uh, a friend.

With my old guy eyesight, as long as it's noticeable from more than 6 inches away, I'm good. Will try it today.

Sounds like a lot of us have friends with the induction wheels haha. My friend is curious about how the sharpie turned out too. He used this previously and it seemed to turn out pretty decent. Can’t tell unless you crouch down and look.

My "friend" also tried the sharpie method on some minor rash. I have a hard time seeing where "he" marked it up.

Comes in gloss and flat black. Designed for repairing aluminum framed firearms but it works beautifully on the wheels.

I had this issue many times on the Model S. I purchased a small pen of Tesla paint from the service center specifically for this. Not sure if they still do this but I'll be inquiring for my Y for the same reason. No matter how careful, those wheels just seem to be magnetically attracted to curbs
