Infotainment Podcasts Not Playing

About 5 months ago, TuneIn podcasts stopped loading all but the latest episode. It started with one, but slowly podcast after podcast has begun refusing to play old episodes. Anyone else seeing this? MCU2. 2018 RWD long range. Play button is greyed out. No spinning circle indicating it is loading. No errors reported. I let it try to load for over 20 minutes. It still never started. Everything else in the infotainment system works properly.

I have a service appointment but want to make sure this isn't a SW issue others are experiencing.

Completely unrelated I am sure, but I accidentally had Spotify running (should have been on standby but Spotify didn't care) on another device which made my car freak out when I tried it on my car. Found the device and turned off the app, all good after that.
