Tesla Motors Club

Hi guys,

Any of you have experienced anything similar to what's happening to my 2020 Model 3 SR+?!

After updating to Firmware 2020.8.1 my screen started to act weird.... I got in touch with a Tesla agent through the online chat and they told me that the car was not reporting any particular error and they advised me to reboot the screen by pressing both steering wheel buttons down until the Tesla Logo showed up. I did it... stopped for a while and started again.

I thought that firmware 2020.8.2 would help but I have the same situation... Got a hold of the chat again today and they advised me to do a power cycle (car icon->safety and security->power off => do not touch anything for 3min => touch the brake pedal to wake up the car). I did it and hopefully will have some result on my way back home.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or if I should park the car on a Tesla Service Location (would prefer not to due to the virus situation).

Thanks Much!
