Inner wear on front tires

I have a 100d, which I bought used last year. I have read several threads indicating that the rear tires on AWD model S are expected to wear faster. I am experiencing the opposite. After just under 7000 miles, starting with essentially new tires, the fronts are at around 3/32 and the rears are at 5/32 passenger and 7/32 driver. Moreover, the tread is nearly bald (about 1/32) on the inner portions of the front tires.

I have been known to accelerate and corner in a spirited manner. Could that alone explain it? Or is it more likely that my alignment is simply messed up?
