Inputs on the 2015 70D CPO deal

Need your inputs on the 2015 Model S 70D, ordered just now for $39.6k. Cheapest 2015 Model S 70D based on ev-cpo.
Exterior is not bad with minor scratches, but the interior has couple of stains. Next best 2015 Tesla was sold at 41.4k, are the two stains worth 2k?

My needs:

1. Need autopilot
2. Minimum of 70kwh battery
3. First day model 3 reserver, so don’t want the price to be above 50k (including taxes and credits).
4. I am having a baby soon, so need more space than a model 3
5. 4 yr warranty

I have noticed that the price has fallen quite a bit since I traded it in. There is no question that a ton of people like myself traded in Model S's in on the Model 3. So there is bit of a glut inventory wise.
