Hi, I run 'things' at InsideEVs,

One of our ad providers apparently hosted an ad that google didn't like, so it got flagged and that is where warning is coming from.

We have a ticket out with them to get the flag taken down, but it may take a few hours. The site is okie-fine...but lets just say that ad provider is no longer with us, 1 slip-up is one too many.

Not at all, google was just looking out for its users.

The problem got generated by MadAdsMedia, one of our ad providers - according to the company 7.8% of their clients had this problem in relation to google.

Whatever it was - happened just after noon, and they had the issue resolved by 3:45pm. They sent out the a "whoops we had an issue now it is fixed - apologies letter".

We send them a "that is not acceptable" reply, removed their ad block completely because we don't want this issue ever again, to say it is not good for the site to have that warning there for any amount of time is an understatement. The google warning can take several hours to clear, but we have already been in touch with them.
