Inspection Check List - Day of Delivery

Hi
Few questions. Apparently in NY if you make use of the $2000 EV rebate then you CANNOT return the car in the 7 day window. I will be picking up in Mt Kisco. If any of have any 'recent" pickup experience at this location please advise.

1) Can I ask to inspect the car "before" signing the title documents?

2) Can some one provide a check list for inspection before accepting the car?

3) If after inspection, there are too many problems can I not accept delivery? If so do they allocate a new car to me?

My car was already opened and I got a long time to go through mine, with a checklist, before I hit accept. The delivery specialist was patient and let me really take my time. I used the attached checklist and it covered everything I could think of.

You can always reject the car. You truly have the final say on whether this will be your car. Best of luck.

Most things can be fixed afterwards.. the most important is to note any scratches or paint issues - since they can claim that the issue happened after delivery.

Also be prepared for a long time to resolve issues.. I’ve had 2 appointments and now have to go to a body shop and maybe a 3rd Tesla visit.
