Few questions. Apparently in NY if you make use of the $2000 EV rebate then you CANNOT return the car in the 7 day window. I will be picking up in Mt Kisco. If any of have any 'recent" pickup experience at this location please advise.
1) Can I ask to inspect the car "before" signing the title documents?
2) Can some one provide a check list for inspection before accepting the car?
3) If after inspection, there are too many problems can I not accept delivery? If so do they allocate a new car to me?
