Installed 4 tires. They are... round and are not bald like the ones I wore out.
Seem to have more grip in the rain than the OEM ones ever did.
Especially bald.

I'm happy with the grip dry and wet. No snow yet. 99 here.

I replaced the OEM with this one and the efficiency goes from 277 wh/mile to 335 wh/mile. The road noise improves maybe by 5%, which means almost no improvement. It takes significant more energy to move the car now from stop position. OEM is bad, but seriously I don't see anything good from this set of tires yet. Do you think the tires themselves are heavier than the OEM which leads to worse efficiency ?

After 3,600 miles: They are tires, they work. My wH/mile hasn't changed from my lifetime in any appreciable way.

No noise that I can tell better or worse than the OEM ones. I haven't checked wear yet, should have some time in next week or so to check wear, or maybe I'll wait for 5k miles.

Grip seems great. MUCH better than slicks in the rain. Price was good. If they wear well, I'm more than happy with them.

No snow in PA yet for me.

$1125 for 4 tires from tire rack, had local Audi dealer mount/balance. I think I got a $150 rebate visa or something too.

6,700 mile update
Fronts: 8/32"
Rears: 9/32" (10/32" new)

If we project out, from this (Very limited) information:

we get approx 33,500 miles. Not exactly promising.

Warranty says "
Your servicing tire dealer must be an authorized Pirelli dealer and must have completed
the Tire Rotation Record"

so, that's fairly worthless. Although I think it's been argued that can't be enforced.

Found these today as a possible future replacement. Cheap and 600 UTQG

65k warranty too. I have not heard of this company before.

Thinking about the Pirelli tire rotate clause of the warranty - I can't actually rotate my tires. The F/R are different sizes. I could, in theory rotate L/R. Not sure if it's worth it if they are wearing evenly anyway. Maybe if we get a warm day I'll swap L/R. I can inspect brake wear and clean the inside of the wheels.

Current prices put these $300 less for a set. And no, price isn't the end all in a tire. I prefer grip and long life. But $ is $ too.

I'll be driving a lot more this summer, so I'll report on the tirewear come July/August.

If they are wearing evenly, there is no need to rotate them. Even the Service Center suggested that I not mess with them on my 2018, since they were showing no signs of uneven wear.

I agree - it's the Pirelli warranty that states I must rotate them at a Pirelli location to warranty the tires. Which I'm sure is just their way to try to deny all tire wear claims.
