Installing a wall charger in Quebec question

I plan on installing a new generation 2 wall charger at my chalet, does anyone know if I would qualify for the provincial rebate?
It is not my permanent home, so not sure if this disqualifies me?

You need to have your car registered in Quebec as well be the registered property owner .My Tesla is registered in Ontario and so I do not qualify for the rebate .

Well, that's one problem. When I saw the question, I wasn't sure if you could actually get two charger associated with the same car / owner, but the gov website isn't clear about that.

QC also closed the loophole in 2021 to just buy the charger and get rebate. Now you have to prove that it was installed by electrician at your residence. I already have welder's plug 240 VAC with outdoor weather receptacle formerly installed for a Chevy volt and EV Charge Point Elmec. This fall I swapped out the older charger and self installed a Tesla wall charger modified with welder's plug and 6 gauge all weather cable. Basically copied what the Elmec Charger had. Cable 4 feet with 6 gauge was $40-50 shipped and the plug was $20 from Amazon. Set Tesla charger to 32 amps since my SR+ can't use more and the welder's receptible is on a 40amp circuit anyways. Long story short got my $600 rebate. Installed the Elemec charger at my out of town country cottage. Would of sucked to have to pay an electrician would I could gladly do myself.
