Instant torque...

My previous car (turbo diesel) used to be terrible coming in to a roundabout. Let off the throttle and start to brake on the approach, then realise that you don't need to stop because other vehicle has turned off or is going slow, press the throttle down and ... nothing ..... oh look a bird.... look at that cloud..... what a nice day .... oh wait a minute the driver is asking me to accelerate....

instant torque = I see an opening in traffic, as quickly as I see it I'm there.

Yep, couldn't agree more! Instant torque is number one for me also but regen deceleration is a close second as it really changes the way you drive.

My previous car (still own it) is a highly modified XR6 Turbo and when I took it for a rego inspection, it just felt sooo slow off the line. Compared to the Model S it definitely is
