You can still drop your mileage driven and that should adjust the price. I did and it dropped a bit.

I just called Tesla Insurance and told them I'm not using my car anymore due to covid-19. They recalculated my yearly mileage and reduced my monthly premium by $55.
Give them a call.

I assume that's per month? We pay about that as well, but that's the total for both vehicles. Just saw this on the SF website - so it's happening. Works out to about $34.50/month in credit. Not earth shattering, but I won't say no.
