After zero incidents, Costco/Ameriprise jacked my premium by 17% after six months (pretty evenly across each of the two cars).
But even at $736/6mo for a 2016 TMX ($455) and a 2016 Spark EV ($281), I probably will still have a hard time finding a cheaper insurer for the Bay Area. I've tried Geico ($4.7k/y) and Liberty Mutual ($3k/y) and they're like double to triple the cost.
I will try contacting a few more companies, but I have a feeling I'll have to return to Costco/Ameriprise.
