Interesting alternative to the Quickjack

Interesting idea and cheap, but not real practical.

Something is wrong with that price; $37.99 (at 50% off!). Similar contraptions usually go for close to $1,000 or more.

I wouldn't even trust a simple jack stand that cost less than $50, much less something that's supposed to support an entire car.

I am not sure if I would trust a $38 lift for supporting a car that costs ~1000x(or more) the cost of it...

I don’t get it. It weighs 100 lbs. but they offer worldwide free shipping. Wouldn’t local shipping -- let alone the actual product — be worth more than this?

Only if they were actually gonna ship it to you. This is something where you pay for it, they get your credit card number, they try and run your credit card to it's limit and then disappear once they have enough suckers that think they can buy something worth 1500 bucks for 40..

you can get a refund but they have to deposit direct into your bank account.. and that's done via teamviewer.. so give them access to your computer while you log into your bank's online banking portal.. what could go wrong eh?

This is not a competitor to QuickJack, in any meaningful way.

QuickJack, BTW, is a very cool and handy product.
I have it, use it, love it.
