So I was filling up my wife’s car in the gas station and I happened to start looking at the chrome trim and finish. To my surprise (maybe not, given that some people on this forum say even hondas have better fit and finish), I saw issues with my wife’s car for the first time (it’s 5.5 years old at this point) that I never really saw before. The chrome is misaligned a little and there’s a bit of a gap where things would ideally line up better, especially with the rubber inserts. I just found it funny that my other car has this issue as well. Guess you can find something wrong with any car if you look hard enough. There are still issues with my X that I’ve never seen on another car, but I found it comforting (in a weird way) that other cars can have these issues too.
