Interior damage during Model X MCU2 upgrade

Just completed the MCU2 upgrade in my local SC. Noticed this damage to my backseat. Anyone familiar with the upgrade process and what tool/technician action could have caused this? I have yet to hear back from the SC..

SC damaged (dented) the frame around the infotainment unit. I made them replace the frame. Mobile service fixed that. It was a single dent but it pissed me off since I had previously paid to replace the frame due to a relative of mine damaging it. SC didn’t push back at all. I pointed out the damage as soon as I got into my X with MCU2.
