Interior door trim damage

Recently took delivery of our Model Y and discovered this week we have damaged the door trim transporting a door.

Absolutely gutted, I'm hoping Tesla can repair this. Anyone had something similar happen? Do they sell replacement parts?

Not sure if the UK handles deliveries the same way, but in the US if you report something during the first 100 miles it's typically covered as something happened during shipping. Many SAs recommend opening up a ticket anyway so that the ticket is open and then being able to add to it up until they write the order.

Use the Tesla app to open service request, include a photo. Tesla Ranger Service (Mobile Service), where available, can install the replacement door trim once the part is received at the Tesla Service Center.
